How we work

• We start with what people search for. If millions of people are looking up a trend, we explain why it caught on and what people really hope it will do
• We read the research. Each ingredient we discuss is tied to a named study, with authors, journal and year in the text
• We read the full label. Every ingredient in a product we recommend is listed on our pages
• We check the offer. Kit prices, shipping and the refund window are confirmed by going through the order process ourselves

What we never publish

• Star ratings without enough independent reviews behind them
• Invented customers or testimonials we did not receive
• Before-and-after claims or promises about what will happen to anyone's lungs
